We began working with Translink in 2009 when we assisted the company to formulate its people and OD strategy. Since that time we have supported and partnered with Translink in delivering a comprehensive challenging and realistic programme that has helped to deliver the business change and development agenda. We have worked with Translink in two key areas:
Leadership Development – We have designed and delivered Management Development Centres for senior managers, high potential executives and developed assessment and development centres for more junior managers with potential and graduates.
As part of all of these programmes we have coached participants and developed the skills of line managers in mentoring and supporting programme participants.
We have also run a series of management workshops including High Impact Communications, Building Winning Teams, Assertiveness, Leading Change and Presentation Skills. We have also run an ILM accredited Coach Programme, Women in Leadership and Performance Management Training modules.
Performance Management – we have supported Translink in the implementation of an effective performance management process. Translink now have a framework for managing people in a strategic context which is built on change management principles and is systematic and prioritised.
