We were appointed to develop an organisational effectiveness programme to enable the NCA to achieve the strategic priorities detailed in their statement of strategy 2013-2016.

A programme was developed to equip the Chief Executive and senior staff to manage themselves in a time of difficult resources to enable an effective transition and merger with the competition authority.

A programme of work was developed to include:

  • An analysis of the organisational and individual needs and requirements including a leadership brand diagnostic, cultural transition plan and leadership strategy
  • A series of workshops and masterclasses on identified topics for all leaders within the organisation
  • A series of High Performance Team Workshops
  • Individual Coaching
  • Peer group learning

The skills gained from the programme proved to be invaluable in the organisations transformation and merger with the competition authority.
