We have used Opes to support our assessment process for several important senior positions. OPES took time to understand our requirements and the challenges of each role and used our competencies to design a bespoke assessment centre that would provide detailed information on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate against our competence profiles. We found OPES to be practical, flexible and efficient in the delivery of this process. Even more importantly, their detailed and insightful reports added considerably to the reliability of our decision making in these recruitment campaigns
