Public Appointment Service (Ireland)

We are working collaboratively with the Public Appointments Service in Ireland to provide leading edge in depth assessment services for the most senior Executives in the Public Service using our premium Prism methodology to help enhance the talent pool.  

This approach enables us to provide succinct business focussed assessment reports and very insightful judgements and conclusions, helping to inform and bring higher levels of objectivity and confidence to the panel’s appointment decisions.

The programme has been adapted to include the next level of management with the focus on accountability and empowerment. Overall progress to date from the programme includes:

  • Establishment of a Heads of Branch Forum as a significant level of leadership in AFBI
  • Planned roll-out to next level of management
  • Developments in the processes of change management and performance management

The programme continues to be managed within budget and in accordance with agreed target dates.
